Emmanuel Kojo Asiedu

Managing Partner

Emmanuel is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in finance and accounting practice for over 13 years now. Emmanuel’s experience which spans from working in financial institutions through to working with Audit firms.

He had his tertiary education at the University of Ghana where he studied Bachelor of Arts in Economics and studied Masters of Business Administration in Accounting and Auditing at the University of Professional Studies. He also has a certificate in Securities Courses from the Ghana Stock Exchange and currently a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana.

He has experience working across most industries ranging from Financial Institutions, Oil and Gas, Agribusiness, Real Estates, Automobile and other related industries. His current role is the Managing Partner of Aidtrust Consult Chartered Accountants and oversees the direction of the firm.

Emmanuel believes his experience with working with SME’s can propel him to provide accurate solutions for companies since he is passionate about business growth and expansion of businesses.


Baafi Agyeman-Duah

Partner

Baafi is a Chartered Accountant with excellent skills in handling financial reporting audit, taxation, corporate finance and forensic accounting. Baafi has deep insight into playing a strategic role by providing professional advice aimed at maximizing business profitability.

Baafi has over 15 years of working experience in the Mining and Audit industry. He has extensive knowledge in audit, taxation, corporate finance with a hands-on approach in planning and managing audit procedures.

Baafi holds an Executive Master of Business Administration, Finance option from the University of Ghana and a degree in Business Administration, Accounting option from the same university.

He has expertise in creating and implementing strategies for businesses with a passion for providing recovery strategies for businesses in distress.

Baafi currently serves as a firm partner of Aidtrust Consult Chartered Accountants.


Nana Ameyaw Addai

Audit Manager

Nana Ameyaw Addai is a Chartered Accountant by profession with a profound skill in the accountancy profession. Nana has over 12 years’ experience in audit and financial management. His expertise lies in proposing internal control measures for SME’s. He is passionate about providing pragmatic solutions to business growth and outlining measures to enhance proper financial management.

Over the years Nana has worked both in Ghana and in the United Arab Emirates occupying top to middle level managerial positions in various places he has worked at.

Nana also has a Masters in Philosophy, Finance option and had his undergraduate program with the Kwame University of Science and Technology studying Economics

Nana currently serves as an Audit Manager with Aidtrust Consult


Emmanuel Amewugah

Audit and Assurance Consultant

Emmanuel Amewugah is an accomplished consultant who has experience in the field of Audit. He is Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience. Maintains an up-to-date knowledge about Audit standards, policies and regulations. He also has extensive knowledge in the application of International Financial Reporting Standards.

Emmanuel currently provides support services to Aidtrust Consult in the area of Audit and Assurance


Samuel Kwabena Okyere

Audit Manager

Samuel Okyere is a Chartered Accountant with over 7years in accountancy practice. He has extensive knowledge in audit and accountancy.

Samuel finds passion in providing advice for small business owners in internal controls, financial management process and tax compliance with authorities.

Samuel has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies.


Emmanuel Akomaning

Head, Business Advisory

Emmanuel has over 18 years of work experience in operations management, 13 years of which has been in senior management, strategic planning, talent development, and operational Discipline. He has managed multiple Walmart Stores in Minnesota, United States. His core strength is turning non performing stores to high performing and profitable stores.

He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and has participated in several workshops and training in the United States on talent development, strategic planning, customer service, diversity and inclusion etc.

An Operations and Retail Management professional. His area of professional interest is creating wealth for organizations through strategic planning, technology, human capital development, and customer service.


Thomas Kuranchie

Head, IT Audit

Thomas brings on board over 2 decades of practical experience from the Financial and IT sectors of the country.

He was the Administrator of the Fixed Income Loans (FIL) Unit of SIC Life Savings and Loans, a subsidiary of SIC Life Company Limited, Ghana’s leading Life Insurance Company, where he set-up and oversaw the entire operations of the unit.

Before joining SIC Life, he was Manager, Fixed Income Loans Administration at Dalex Finance and one of a three-member team that established the FIL unit. He Joined Dalex from Bayport Financial Services where he occupied various positions since 2003, when the company started its operations in Ghana. His career began with now-defunct IT company, Technonet Gh. Limited as an IT personnel.

He has been influential in numerous IT projects, including supervision of the implementation of VERILEND – a loans management system for Bayport Financial Services in 2005. Development and implementation of MISSIONARY TRAVEL APP – an app that helps Travel Coordinators and Priesthood Leaders streamline the travel processes for Missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and many more.

He is a Management and Information Systems professional - his experience spans operational set-ups, office management, information gathering, software implementation and data analysis.
